The New Zealand Cricket Players Association (NZCPA) is an Incorporated Society registered under the Incorporated Societies Act 1908. The Chief Executive reports to an executive Board of Directors, which is elected by the full members on an annual basis. Office and Staff Contacts
The NZCPA is governed by an executive Board of eight directors. Current playing members from each of the six Major Associations elect a Board member to represent them on the NZCPA Board. The final two Board positions are filled by independent directors with current playing members advancing nominations to fill these two positions on the NZCPA Board. The Board of directors are confirmed at the Annual General Meeting. Current Board Members
